She leads with purpose, driving scalable workforce strategies across BFSI, Healthcare, E-commerce, and Technology sectors.

With over 18 years at Collabera, Shibani has risen from Resource Manager to Senior Vice President, leading Collabera India with vision and determination. Always at the forefront of action but elusive when the camera comes out—she’s the powerhouse who lets her work do the talking.
