About the Role:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for executing the provision of gas and electric services to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. This role requires a working knowledge of Gas and/or Electric Distribution Systems. The Project Coordinator will prioritize and organize projects of varying sizes to meet customer needs, managing the process from design through scheduling and field construction phases.
Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating work between the customer, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

Estimate customer and system loads, update customers on project status, generate tasks for other departments, provide cost estimates, identify required permits, and schedule work orders.

Scope projects, evaluate and analyze distribution design requirements, and assess the impact on the distribution system to prepare work orders.

Coordinate prerequisites for successful project completion to meet customer commitments, applying innovative solutions to standard procedures.

Conduct field work as necessary to meet with customers on-site.
Education Qualification:
-
A 2-year associate degree in a scientific or technical field (48 scientific or technical credit hours) OR completion of two years of college coursework (60 credits) towards a Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
