Job Summary:
- The Systems Engineer will collaborate with the Ventures teams to support clinical hardware and application installations at clinical sites.
- The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Eyecare clinical environments, specifically working with eye exam equipment and clinical devices.
- This is a remote role with up to 25% travel to clinical sites (travel expenses covered).
Key Responsibilities:

Understand, install, configure, and maintain clinical hardware and related equipment.

Work with Clinical Application functions and devices in an Eyecare setting.

Perform data traffic analysis and ensure proper configuration of equipment.

Provide enterprise-level infrastructure support to ensure optimal system performance.

Participate in capacity planning, system architecture development, and monitoring.

Lead operations for complex problem resolution and performance optimization.

Develop and maintain enterprise-wide technology policies and procedures.

Evaluate and introduce new technologies aligned with organizational goals.

Drive constructive change and serve as a technical leader within the team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Minimum 6 years of relevant systems engineering experience

Strong experience with clinical hardware setup and configuration

Experience supporting clinical application functions in a healthcare setting

Strong knowledge of infrastructure, system architecture, and enterprise-wide technologies

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills

Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives
Additional Notes:

Candidate must have clinical experience in Eyecare and eye equipment
(Candidates without this experience will be rejected) -
