Job Description:  

Client: Banking  

Position: Software Engineer 

Duration:  12 months    

Location: Charlotte, NC 

Payrange: $60-65/hr 

DayToDay Responsibilities:  

• Develop and maintain Linux and Python scripts for AI/ML pipeline and REST API development.  

• Take end-to-end ownership of Openshift environments.  

• Lead and manage upgrades and changes to the application's Hadoop infrastructure.  

• Support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.  

• Utilize programming technologies such as Python, Unix, and SQL.  

• Work with containerization technologies, particularly Openshift.  

• Collaborate with tools like Bitbucket and Ansible for CI/CD processes. 

Required Skills: 

• Proficiency in Python programming.  

• Strong understanding of Unix systems.  

• Experience with SQL.  

• Familiarity with containerization technologies, especially Openshift.  

• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools such as Bitbucket and Ansible.  

• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).  

• Experience in application testing.
