About the Role

• This position is within the Health division's Implementation group, focusing on supporting our Drug Diversion application.
• The role involves configuring our software during the implementation process and ensuring a seamless transition for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Configure software to meet the specific needs of healthcare clients.
• Transform and integrate healthcare data from clients into our software system.
• Resolve customer issues with technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Education Qualification

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Information, or a related field is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for customer interaction.
• Experience with healthcare data transformation and software configuration.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
