About the Role
- We are seeking an Associate for HR Risk and Operational Excellence to temporarily join our Human Resources department.
- This role is designed to cover for a team member on maternity leave.
- The primary focus will be managing our Client Inquiry queue, including RFPs and DDQs, allowing other team members to concentrate on strategic initiatives.
- Additional responsibilities may include assisting with Policy and Vendor Governance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate responses to external information requests such as RFPs and DDQs.
- Support strategic initiatives by handling various operational tasks.
- Assist with Policy and Vendor Governance activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and verify accurate information.
- Utilize templates and manage deadlines effectively.
- Interpret HR data and coordinate with teams to gather necessary metrics.
Education Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree required.
Required Skills
- Experience in coordinating responses to external information requests.
- Strong organizational and writing skills.
- Understanding of HR reporting and analytics.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint.
- Experience with RFP platforms or HR systems is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
