This role goes far beyond traditional customer service—it requires a proactive, research-driven individual with strong multitasking skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Highlights:

  • Client-focused role supporting commercial and business clients with a broad range of Treasury products—not limited to one area.
    80% phone support, 20% chat via a proprietary system.
  • Handle 25–30 inbound calls per day, addressing client needs quickly and effectively.
  • 85% of issues are resolved on the first call, typically within 10 minutes; more complex inquiries are escalated.
  • Requires comfort in toggling between several internal systems while maintaining high-quality service.
