About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role requires a professional who can effectively manage client interactions, navigate multiple systems, and maintain a high level of service in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients and internal partners, ensuring a seamless and informative experience.
  • Accurately document relevant notes and information while managing multiple screens.
  • Adapt to a high call volume and constantly changing call center environment.
  • Communicate effectively with management, peers, and clients, demonstrating strong grammar and communication skills.
  • Resolve and de-escalate challenging situations, maintaining client satisfaction with respect and poise.
  • Embrace coaching and feedback as opportunities for personal and professional growth.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
     

Education Qualification:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
 

Required Skills: 

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to navigate multiple screens efficiently while engaging with clients.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent grammar.
  • Robust customer service skills with the ability to manage difficult situations.
  • Positive attitude and self-motivation.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters responsibly.
