Position Details:
Client: E-commerce Company
Title: Inventory Planner
Duration: 09 months - W2 Contract (Possible extension)
Location: Everett, WA 98201
Pay range: $25.06/hr to $27.06/hr

Priority Shift Opening:
Front Half Days: Sun-Wed 6am - 4:30pm
Front Half Nights: Sun-Wed 5pm-3:30am
Back Half Days: Wed-Sat 6am-4:30pm
Back Half Nights: Wed-Sat 5pm-3:30am
Donut Nights: M,Tu,Th,F 5pm-3:30am

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will have 1 year of relevant experience either as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer.
• They must be highly organized, self-starting, and comfortable with business software, such as Excel.
• The successful candidate must be flexible, possess good written and oral communication skills, be team-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines while working on several projects simultaneously.

Required Skills:

• They must be comfortable with business software, such as Excel.
• Manager is looking for someone who has experience with SAP but it is preferred.
• Preferred experience in any ERP software such as (Oracle or Salesforce)

Years of Experience:

• 1+ years’ experience
• Degree or Certification: Any degree

Key job responsibilities:

• Handle materials accurately and efficiently for the production and manufacturing teams
• Utilize SAP ERP, Excel, and proprietary software systems for material transactions
• Document and report system issues and process inefficiencies
• Manage physical and virtual material movements between sites
• Support team training and development
• Maintain safety, productivity, and quality standards
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand carts, and if certified - forklift and/or electric pallet jacks)
• Contribute to SOP improvements and safety procedures
