Job Title: Construction- Senior Superintendent - FTE 

Location: Austin, TX - ONSITE at Projects Monday-Friday across Austin area.

Rate Range - #120-140 k yearly 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee 1–3 active construction projects at a time, varying in size and complexity (usually between 20Million-220Million) , with a focus on ground-up educational K-12 OR Healthcare OR Warehouse OR Data centers OR  Large Mixed use. RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION EXP IS NOT A FIT!
• Develop and define project scope, schedules (need exp building schedule), and budgets, working closely with clients, superintendents, subcontractors, and internal leadership.
• Coordinate with job-site teams including PMs, Clients, Project Executives, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain regular and effective communication with clients and project teams to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Source and manage subcontractors—evaluate, negotiate, and develop new vendor relationships as needed.
• Interpret and manage construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Utilize project management software such as Projectmates, Procore, and Primavera (P6).
• Ensure all aspects of the project align with budgetary goals, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Leadership Style and communication are a Huge factor in them being hired
• 10-15 years exp working on Large projects 20Million dollars plus, Preferred K-12 education experience as most of the projects in Austin are K-12 education.
