- Serve as the primary IT support for the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, providing both onsite and remote assistance.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, operating system, application, and mobile connectivity issues for executive workstations and devices.
- Maintain precise and timely records of executive IT equipment, refresh schedules, and inventory status within asset management systems.
- Must be extremely polished and professional
- 5+ years of Desktop Support experience with at least 3+ years of exec support experience
- Bachelors degree highly preferred
- 7+ experience supporting O365 products including SharePoint, Teams, Onedrive, Outlook (passwords/login/etc)
