Title: Executive Desktop Services Technician
Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 6 Months CTH
Salary Range: $35-40
 
Day-to-day:
  • Serve as the primary IT support for the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, providing both onsite and remote assistance.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, operating system, application, and mobile connectivity issues for executive workstations and devices. 
  • Maintain precise and timely records of executive IT equipment, refresh schedules, and inventory status within asset management systems. 
Must-haves:
  • Must be extremely polished and professional
  • 5+ years of Desktop Support experience with at least 3+ years of exec support experience
  • Bachelors degree highly preferred
  • 7+ experience supporting O365 products including SharePoint, Teams, Onedrive, Outlook (passwords/login/etc)
