MUST HAVES:

8 + years of hands-on experience supporting PC hardware, Windows OS, servers, and networking equipment

8 + years' experience with Windows Server environments, virtualization (Hyper-V, VMWare), and Active Directory

4 + years with Azure, Intune, and Autopilot

Strong customer service mindset with clear communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to think critically and solve problems independently in dynamic, on-site client settings

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
