Members Service Representative (REMOTE)

Contract: Midvale, Utah, US

Salary Range: 23.00 - 24.00 | Per Hour

Must be located only in any of the below states:

AZ, FL, GA, ID, IA, KY, MI, NE, NM, NY (outside greater-NYC), OH, TX, UT, WA (outside greater-Seattle), WI

Responsibilities:

  • Calling Medicare members (both new and existing) to help them understand their health plan benefits
  • Explain any upcoming changes, and support them during onboarding.
Must be expert level bilingual in any of the below languages:
  • Mandarin
  • Cantonese
  • Vietnamese
  • Korean

Qualifications:

 

  • Experience in customer service, healthcare, or advocacy.
  • Medicare/Medicaid experience.
  • Experience working in call centers or remote roles
  • Familiarity with Medicare Duals, Salesforce, EPIC, Genesys, and MS Office
