Assist and handle any disputes from customers indirectly or directly through their bureaus

All disputes will be done via Fax (no disputes over email or phone)

Handle incoming calls from Customers and delegate to the proper channel

Work within the homegrown system to handle disputes

Learn through training how to handle a volume of around 75 disputes per day

Researching, resolving, and responding to customer disputes related to reporting, responding to other customer information requests from internal departments (legal and regulatory), and for entering information into the Dispute database.
Pay Range:
- $17 - $ 21
