About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full-Stack Java Developer to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and deploying cutting-edge software solutions that leverage both robust backend services and modern, responsive front-end interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a strong foundation in distributed systems, and a keen interest in integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning capabilities into applications to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features for our web applications, from responsive UI components to scalable backend services and APIs.

• Backend Engineering: Develop high-performance, scalable, and secure Java-based applications and microservices using the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data).

• Frontend Development: Build dynamic, user-centric, and high-performance single-page applications (SPAs) using Angular (v12+) or React (v16+ with Hooks).

• AI Integration: Collaborate with data scientists and  engineers to integrate AI models (e.g., predictive analytics, NLP, generative AI APIs) into production applications, ensuring scalability and performance.

• Microservices Architecture: Design, build, and consume RESTful and event-driven microservices within a distributed cloud environment.

• DevOps & CI/CD: Actively participate in the full software development lifecycle using Git, Maven/Gradle, and automated CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deployment.

• Code Quality & Mentorship: Write clean, well-documented, and testable code. Conduct thorough code reviews and provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster team growth.

• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex production issues across the entire stack, providing robust and timely resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on Java 8/11/17.

• Proven Full-Stack Experience:

  • Backend: Expert proficiency in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and building RESTful web services.

  • Frontend: Strong, hands-on experience with a modern front-end framework; Angular (v2+) is highly preferred, React experience is also valuable.

• Solid understanding of Microservices architecture, design patterns, and distributed systems concepts.

• Experience with AI Integration: Practical experience in integrating AImodels into applications (e.g., using TensorFlow Serving, REST APIs for  models, AWS SageMaker, Azure , or Vertex AI). Familiarity with prompting and utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) is a plus.

• Deep knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, design patterns, and software development best practices.

• Database Proficiency: Experience with both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.

• Tools Expertise: Proficiency with version control (Git), build tools (Maven or Gradle), and unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).

• Familiarity with CI/CD principles and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.

• Cloud Experience: Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Compensation 

Hourly Rate:  60$-65$ per hour 
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
