About the Role
- We are seeking a Treasury Service Advisor with strong enterprise banking experience to deliver exceptional “white-glove” service to high-profile commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to platinum enterprise clients through email (90%) and phone (10%).

Manage a dedicated client portfolio, anticipating needs and delivering proactive solutions.

Handle client requests such as documentation, account support, and treasury services across multiple systems.

Conduct service relationship reviews at client HQs when required.
Must-Have Qualifications:

5+ years of customer service experience in enterprise banking, preferably as a Service Advisor.
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $28/hr to $30/hr
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
