**Contract-To-Hire**

Must Have:

1. Previous experience working as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect - true foundational knowledge of the platform and all the different modules within ServiceNow, and specifically Employee Center (EC)
2. Previous consulting experience in a mature ServiceNow environment- thought leader that takes a consultative approach with end-client, working with multiple projects/customers at a time.
3. Experience designing, developing, and implementing custom ServiceNow applications 
1. 9/10 platform experience 
2. Guiding clients in sticky engagements 
3. Ability to be hands-on keyboards if needed
4. Pay Range- $70-$75/hr.
