Job Title – Accounting Specialist/Financial Document Clerk

Location – San Antonio, TX 78245 - Onsite Role

Duration – 09 - 10 months (Extension or Conversion based on performance.)

Pay Range – ($20-$22) hourly

Job Description:

The Commercial Operations Department manages the accurate review, processing, and reconciliation of financial transactions received from various business partners.

Qualifications:

MS Office (Word, Excel)
Proficient computer skills
Ability to adapt to new technology quickly and seamlessly
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Duties:

Handling and reconciling client financial transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
Managing and maintaining entries within the General Ledger (GL) to ensure proper accounting alignment.
Reviewing, processing, and balancing transactions to maintain financial accuracy and compliance.
Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to resolve discrepancies or transaction-related issues.
