The candidate in this position will be extremely detail-oriented, able to work in a group setting or independently.

The nature of this position is along the lines of Quality Assurance, and as such, the candidates must be able to review different types of data and check for consistency.

Will be responsible for processing split deposit returns for checks deposited into accounts. Candidate will need to process financials to reverse deposit item and generate IRD and letter to go to client for returned item. They will also be responsible for scanning check images for return items.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Review:
- Check and verify financial information for accuracy, particularly in complex areas like closed estates, foreign currency exchange, court-ordered payments, and closed certificates of deposit (CDs).
Online Transactions:
- Perform internal online transfers on behalf of customers, which implies working within banking systems and following strict accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Regulatory Adherence:
- Ensure all actions meet federal banking regulations and internal deadlines and standards.
Requirement:

Basic computer knowledge of MS Office is required. Most of the daily tasks will be performed on software platforms.

The candidate will be trained on the necessary platforms and processes required to perform the job correctly and efficiently.
