Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to employee/location queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, or cases
- Identify the requester's needs and help resolve, provide answers, or provide guidance to answer
- Monitor, track, answer, & appropriately file inquiries (1101 email, phone call tracker, cases, ACH banking emails)
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Stay informed & updated on system functionalities & share information with team members and employees
