Title: Customer Support Representative/Help desk/ Tech support.
Location: Holtsville, NY 11742 (100% Remote Must be able to work in the CSR and EST Time zones)
Duration: 3+ months (Possible extension)
 
Pay range: $18/hr to $19/hr without benefits and PTO.

Note:
Candidates must have their own system.
An extra monitor is required (minimum two screens).
The system must support Windows 10.
One laptop + one monitor is also acceptable.
 
Shift, you can select any one shift
Group 1 – Training will be provided Training time: 10:00 AM -2:00 PM
1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
2St Shift: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM

For group 1: Must work dates in January: January 6th-8th, 2026  (4am-12pm)

Group:2 - Training will be provided Training time: (6:00 PM - 10:00 AM)
3rd Shift:3:00 PM -11:00 PM
4th Shift:11:00PM - 7:00 AM
 
Group 2- Must work dates January 6th, 7th, 8th required.
 
Hours: 20 hours per week during training, and 20 hours per week up till December 26th, 2025  it will be around 40 HR Week.
Start date: 10 November
 
Job Description:
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provides assistance to customers during all phases of the inventory process.
  • Assists customers with their questions about how to set-up and operate our equipment to successfully conduct their inventories.
  • Coordinates internal operational activities to ensure each order/request is processed in a timely manner as agreed to with customer.
  • Prepares and enters required client information/requests into department’s database to document customer interaction and resolution.
  • Works under close supervision to answer questions regarding company products and services.
  • Directs callers to appropriate resources
  • Escalates complex questions to more senior representatives
 
Requirements:
  • HS Diploma and College background required.
  • Light IT background preferred.
  • Prior customer service experiences a must.
  • Excellent communication.
  • Computer literate; knowledge of Windows environment. (Knows what a "C" drive is)
  •  Worked remote previously a MUST
  • Flexible availability (especially weekends) a plus
