• As an Optical Network Development Engineer you will:
• Build, Operate and rollout our global DWDM networks.
• Drive scaling current DWDM designs to meet the demand of our customers.
• Ensure that the DWDM network adheres to the defined network standards.
• Review and implement changes on the DWDM network.
• Meet operational excellence projects to drive improvements in our DWDM network quality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot complex problems and develop innovative solutions day to day on our network.

• Supporting optical capacity, preparing for deployment optical capacity for new regions.
• Support technicians remotely to troubleshoot and bringing that capacity to live.
• Deployment of optical networking equipment and ready to carry live customers traffic.
• There are new regions, more than100+ around the world

• Supporting deployment of new optical network capacity from start to end.
• 10% meeting
• 60% working independently on configuration.
• 30% troubleshooting with local technicians.
• Real time engagement.

• Should have a minimum of 7+ years industry experience

• Optical network fundamental  
• Deploying DWDM networks.
• Must have experience building optical network experience at large scale.
