MUST HAVES:
- 8 + years of hands-on experience supporting PC hardware, Windows OS, servers, and networking equipment
- 8 + years' experience with Windows Server environments, virtualization (Hyper-V, VMWare), and Active Directory
- 4 + years with Azure, Intune, and Autopilot
- Strong customer service mindset with clear communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think critically and solve problems independently in dynamic, on-site client settings
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
- Pay range: 80k-90k
