Job Title: PAM Onboarding Specialist

Duration: 12 Months of Contract to hire

Location:100% Remote

Pay Range: $60/hr - $65/hr

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison with application owners, DBAs, and infra teams for PAM onboarding.
• Facilitate the onboarding lifecycle: discovery → design review → walkthroughs → validation.
• Lead priority programs in first 90 days: SOX application discovery, Alpha app onboarding, and infra onboarding.
• Align CyberArk/Delinea onboarding with SailPoint and Active Directory.
• Use and enhance existing onboarding runbooks and processes.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and audit requirements.
• Resolve onboarding blockers with diplomacy and technical guidance.

Must Haves

• Experience coordinating PAM onboarding programs with CyberArk and/or Delinea in an enterprise environment
• Understanding of privileged account types: service, DB, infra, application
• Familiarity with IAM governance and integration with SailPoint/Active Directory
• Large-scale, enterprise PAM onboarding experience
• Prior success onboarding infra and database teams into PAM solutions
