Description:
  • Manage and update Emerald website.
  • Plan, organize and run the WF Financial Advisor events.
  • Will be in charge of sending our promotional content (i.e.: client holiday cards, gifts…etc..).
  • Managing and handling RSVPS for events.
  • Schedule meetings (not cold prospects, calling pre-existing clients and relationships).
  • Working with the system EMX- send out monthly newsletters and content.
  • Managing social media communication
  • In charge of updating the Smart Station platform.
  • Posting and creating advertisements through local newspaper.
  • Answering routine phone calls at the Branch.
Must Haves: 
  • 1+ year marketing experience through education or prior business experience.
  • Excel, Publisher, Outlook and Word specifically.
  • Experience with MailMerge.
  • Editing experience.
  • Personality.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Strong proactive approach.
  • Self-starter.
