Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to play a key role in financial reporting, accounting operations, and system transformation projects. This role combines traditional accounting responsibilities with opportunities to contribute to FP&A and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing processes.
- Prepare and review reconciliations for balance sheet accounts, general ledger, and sub-ledgers.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data; investigate discrepancies.
- Support financial audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Contribute to system migration projects (Workday, OneStream).

Collaborate with FP&A on financial analysis and reporting.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA designation (or progress toward it) preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting, audit, or financial analysis.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Workday, OneStream, or similar).
- Advanced Excel skills; analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
