About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated .Net Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise in .NET Core and C#, combined with an excellent, willing-to-learn attitude. You will collaborate closely with business and technical teams, translating requirements into design documentation and delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using .NET Core (3.1/6/8), C#, LINQ, and SQL.
• Create and maintain design documentation to support development and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices, coding standards, and high-quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in applications.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of professional experience as a .Net Developer (not looking for more than 5 years).
• Hands-on experience with .NET Core 3.1, .NET 6, or .NET 8.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with C#.
• Strong knowledge of LINQ.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Ability to create design documentation from business/technical requirements.
• A collaborative, positive mindset with an excellent, willing-to-learn attitude (as important as technical skills for this team).

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $60 – $65 per hour

This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
